Experts, I know This sound Stupid, but I was not able to open Questions in the support community area with the EE New look...! here's the story
i wanted to post a new question in the EE expert care zone, i have to put minimum 50 points and then when I want to open the question, it gives me an error message "The zones "ExpertCare" are free zones and may not have points assigned to them." and I have no other choice to submit the question without points?????
how do I post the question if there's no Submit button for the question without giving a 50 points value to the question???
One thing else, 3 days ago, I was able to goto the new EE website and revert back to the old look, Now i can't find the Legacy Website button on the home page? how do I find it? or am i forced to stay within the new look ?
