Can Excel 2000 Automatically perform Data sort

Question: I have an excel spreadsheet that looks likes this

Joe 20
mike 10
Tim 9
Betty 6
Tammy 1

I have it sorted from hightes to lowest

My question is, if Tim's number changes from 9 to 30 is there a way I can have excl automatically move/sort him to the top of the list?

Try the rank and Vlookup functions.
