Alright, its a simple reg tweak that most of you have probably heard of.

Step 1

1. Go to start > run
2. Type REGEDIT and hit enter, a window should come up.

Step 2

1. Find the folder on the left that reads "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" and expand it.
2. In that submenu find the folder that reads "Control Panel" and expand it.
3. Now click the folder that reads "Desktop" and a bunch of things should be up in the menu on your right.

Step 3

1. In that big list of things on the right, find the one that says "MenuShowDelay". Double click this!
2. Change the value to 0.
3. Hit ok/enter

Step 4

1. Restart your computer

Very simple, very effective!
