It sounds like something having to do with the editor in Outlook. In Outlook 2003 and many earlier versions, you have an option to select MS Word as your e-mail editor. In Outlook, go to Tools - Options - Mail Format (tab) On the Mail Format screen, there is a pair of checkboxes for turning on MS Word as your e-mail editor and reader. If the top box (MS Word as e-mail editor) is checked, try un-checking it, hitting 'Apply' then 'OK' and returning to Outlook. See how editing is after this change. If MS Word is NOT your e-mail editor, try turning it on, hitting 'Apply' then 'OK' and returning to Outlook. Again, see if this changes your sluggish editor. Let us know what happens, |
