OWA blank message body on replies to emails

I have a client running vista on her home laptop. when she access OWA from home she gets in fine but when she replies to messages, the message body area comes up blank with a little white box in the top left hand corner with a red x inside of it.

I have added there owa url to the trusted site list..

And please have a look at that. This looks like a common problem for vista.
You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
