Upgrade Vista Home Premium to Ultimate

I want to upgrade my new laptop from Vista Home Premuim to Ultimate. I have a license and key from my employer. How can I accomplish this without having to ourchase the upgrade when using the Vista Upgrade in Control Panel?

jwalkerx doesn't want to do an Anytime Upgrade. The product key is already available and paid for.
As has already been stated, just install it, choose Ultimate, and enter the new key.

BTW. Anytime Upgrade is not available to everyone.

It's restricted to the USA, Canada, most of Europe and half a dozen other places. I presume because of the requirement to set up authorised retailers who can manage to build a website.

South of the equator you're out of luck.
