uestion: Hi Everyone:

I am wanting to help a friend with the following error message: "Windows - No Disk"
Message: "Exception processing message c0000013. Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c."
This error message was noticed under the following conditions: When superantisyware was started to scan for problems. The same error message appears when he a flash drive or printer is interfaced with the USB port.

On a side note also, the hard drive is not C:\; anymore. Instead, it is E:\ . At this point, I am not sure where to start in making sense of any of these things going wrong. However, I am confident a resolution will come through to this problem through the feedback obtained within this post.

I had an removable drive as C: , which for some reason upset the spyware removal programs (adaware and s&d). Once i changed the removable drive to another drive letter, the antispyware programs could run and remove the adware.
i suggest that you have a removable media drive as C: . If this is so, change the drive letter to something else. (or put a memory card or drive in the slot that is c:/ which will allow the programs to work
