Removing "Malware Alarm"

Question: I have this popup "Malware Alarm" that keeps popping up. How do I get rid of it?

I googled a bunch of pages about Malware Alarm which said it was malware itself. Here's one that says it can remove it:

Malware Alarm on Spyware-Net

If that doesn't work, I would try the free download from SUPERAntiSpyware.com - AntiAdware, AntiSpyware, AntiMalware! -- it is one of the best spyware remover programs I've used so far, better even than SpyBot Search & Destroy or LavaSoft Ad-Aware:
