This is my boot.ini file. Can someone tell me why windows auto logs into windows vista (beta) but doesnt give me the option of logging into xp.. how can I log into windows xp now? would it be possible for me to get asked which partition I want to boot to and if i dont answer in 5 seconds it auto boots into xp?

Vista uses more files than just boot.ini for the boot process - entirely different to XP

(going by memory here) In vista, r/click My Computer> Properties. Startup TAB, one of the buttons in there lets you change boot options. change your default boot OS back to xp
