Default How to clean instead of deleting?
Does anyone know any anti-spyware / anti-malware program which could clean an infected file instead of deleting it? Some of the most known, as SpyBot, Ad-Aware and Ewido (AVG Anti-Spyware) delete the files, and I couldn't see in any of them a setting option to just clean the infected code portion.

I have lots of html / htm / php files infected with "Not-A-Virus.Exploit.HTML.Mht" and I need to clean them as soon as possible.
