Default Incorrectly installed SSL Certificate on my exchange server.

installed a SSL (from NetSol) on my SBS Exchange server & I have 2 problems. The major thing is that I can't confiure an Outlook client to see it.
Testing I have found that I can attach to the server using the Web Exchange, but it never prompts me about a cert. My most recent test was to set the "128 req." on the server, now when a users attaches using https they get an Empty box asking what cert to use (but nothing is offered). Net Sol said it looks like I installed the cert correctly, but it sure doesn't seem to be working right? Is there something that I need to be sure is configured correctly on the Exchange side? and Why is it not offering the Certificate to the user? Do I need to send it to them or is there a way to automate it?

You should not be configuring the Outlook profiles manually with SBS. The way to do this is to run the Configure Email and Internet Connection Wizard (CEICW -- which is linked as Connect to the Internet in the Server Management Console > To-Do List)

A visual how-to is here: http://sbsurl.com/ceicw and a full networking overview for SBS is at http://sbsurl.com/msicw

On the Web Server Certificate screen, you just select "Use a Web server certificate from a trusted authority" and then browse for the location of your certificate. Be sure to click on the "More Information" button on that screen and you'll be given a terrific set of instructions for this.
