Description
This download contains the security patches released in August 2006 for Windows XP. Microsoft list the included patches as:

• KB917422
• KB920214
• KB920670
• KB920683
• KB921398
• KB921883
• KB922616

It can suit users who need to patch more than one system or have a high speed connection. The download is the official update package offered by Microsoft.

Some disadvantages:

• Since the download includes files for different versions of software and support for multiple languages, the file is huge - and much larger than the size of downloading the patches for a specific version of Windows.

• Microsoft frequently revises updates and repatches them - this file will not have those revised updates.
