SSH Equivalent on XP

Question
I often use SSH on my Mac network to gain CLI access to the other Macs on the network. Is there a way to do the equivalent on an XP machine? i.e. I need to get into a machine without having to make the user get up and wait for me to finish what I'm doing.

Solution
OpenSSH via Cygwin is the most solid implmentation that is free that I know of./

Cygwin Information and Installation

Personally, I use WinSSHD from Bitvise:
WinSSHD (Bitvise)

It's solid and worht the $40.
