Add remove programs not working

Question: I recently tried to uninstall something but when I got to "Add/remove" in control panel there are only a small percentage of my programs showing up [there were loads before] AND there is no REMOVE button for the ones that ARE there. So this whole functionality of windows xp has gone!!!

Try using ccleaner, it is very lightweight and does a fantastic job of uninstalling software.

It also cleans up your system to make it super fast... :-)
