Question: Dear All,

I have windows XP installed .Few days back i am experiencing a problem that at Start All the Programmes and Buttons Like Search,Printer and Faxes,Control Panel,etc are visible but i can not find the Run Button Here,
What could be the possible cause and how i can fix the problem

when your copmputer experience a problem out of nowhere first look to scanning for viruses using your up to date AV.
Then scan for spyware.

save it to a folder on your desktop and then install to that.
run the scan and save a log but dont fix

below the panel hit analyze, now just scroll down to
have a look at the results of the analyzed log.
at the bottom of the page>> save the analyzed log
then copy that URL back here if you need any assistance,
if it finds anything re-run and fix it.

Delete all your history and temporary internet files.
