Incoming UDP = machine reboot

Question: ALL these problems I never had before....
Anyway.

Desktop machine started rebooting, seemingly no pattern. Eventually I tracked it down to UPD requests (via Symantec Firewall), from many different IP addys. In general, blocking the request permanently led to reboots, and permitting the request led to reboots, with Windows errors generated every time.

The message I did not let Windows send home was:

I would uninstall the firewall to start with.....It could be a Symantec driver causing the problem, therefore rebooting.
