Can't see active windows on taskbar

Question: as titled. I can see only Quick Launch toolbar. If untick the Quick Toolbar, my taskbar will be gone.

The only way to access my active windows, it's by using alt-tab. Please help!

If i can' restore this option, it may be profile corruption. What should i delete in my profile and recreate again. Deleting my entire profile, it will be my last option.

OS: WinXP SP2.
