Default How listen and connect a GR64 modem (as a server) to a caller IP address ?

What are the steps to be followed to provide a connection after the IP listen command AT*E2IPL=1,1,80,0,1? I have a Sony-Ericsson GR64 R2A GSM/GPRS modem module. This command opens a socket, binds it to a local IP address and puts the socket in state to listen for incoming connections on the port number specified on the command (port 80). I am calling the MT in Hyperterminal run on PC. Hyperterminal prompt "connect now". But MT can not send any result code in serial port or any signal on I/O pins. How can I detect an incoming call to connect through the command AT*E2IPACT=1 in MT? ..Or how can I provide an automatic connection? Thanks.
