is there someone who can give me an advice how to programm an application for communicating between PC and special equipment which using GPRS for communication?

Now, the equipment can use GSM for communication. It knows to send SMS to the mobile phone which is connected to the PC and there's some application which knows to read these SMS messages. But now I need to use also GPRS for sending data and receiving data.

I'm new in this area. So I need some advice where I can find some similar solution or some place where is described how to use GPRS for communicating between mobile devices and PC.

You should use CSD instead of GPRS, since with GPRS you'll need to have a stack PPP and TCP/IP.
If you can achieve this, just do a dial-up in both ends (access to the internet) and there you are: acces the site you want/need and do the downloading/uploading...
