Trying to connect to GPRS using Seimens TC45

I am trying to get my java program to connect to GPRS on my Seimens TC45.

I send at^sjnet=GPRS,212.183.137.12,wap,wap (what I should need for vodaphone)
and that gives an OK in response.

When I then try and open a connection, I get a ConnectionNotFoundException.
Should I be sending any other at commands before I can open the connection?

Just found other guides fr the siemens tc45, which ill put on my server incase you dont have them.
