This week I had to get a new phone my MPX220 smart phone died. To replace it I bought a Nokia 6682. Well I put in the CD that came with the phone and it installed the software just fine but when I plugged in my phone the drivers would not load. I did some reading and searching on this site and I found out I was not only one that had this problem. After some playing I found out how to get it to work.
If you all ready have the software installed but you can not get the drivers to work you should not have a problem but I would say install the drivers then the software.
The drivers you need to get your phone to work are the USB cable drivers. You can get them per your cable at:

The XP drivers are working with XP64
After you download it run the file and go through the steps. When you connect your phone it should see the phone and find the drivers you just loaded. Mine I had to load 6 different hardware drivers for my phone.
After this you should be able to install or run PC Suite and you should be all good to go. I hope this helps out anyone else who has not gotten their phone to work or has just bought a phone.
