Cisco Pix 506e blocks inside traffic to IP

We have a Cisco Pix 506e. We host a website behind the firewall. It is working correctly from outside IP's. When we try to access it from inside, it is blocked. Is there a way to allow the inside traffic to access it the same way as outside?

I had read this as the ISP was acting as secondary for your internal DNS.

If your internal DNS is different to the external DNS that you use then yes, this would work OK
