I am running ISA 2004 in 2 locations. I am trying to establish a PPTP static tunnel in both locations for replication. One side works fine while the other side won't connect. If I connect one side the other one fails. I get this error everytime I try to connect from one of the machines. I don't knwo if this would effect it or not.

Error 10016 normally means that the account being used to run a service, for example, does not have the correct permissions to do so.

What are you seeing in the ISA log when you try and make the connection? Check both ends....

PS. I assume you have SP2 and all the rollup patches for ISA installed at both ends?
