Default My LAN speed is too slow !!! HELP !

I have a Question, this problem drive me crazy.

I made a network ( with two computers ), and everything works fine. but the problem is my network is so slow.

when i connect it say : connected with 100 MB
but when i want to transfer files between my network. its tooooooooo slow !!!

for example if i want to transfer 500 mb between my network, it take about 49 minutes !!!

There is any solution any application to test my network speed, please tell me.

Local Area Connection
Properties
[Configure| adpater
Advanced Tab
Link Speed and Duplex
You should have choices for
auto
100/full
100/half
10/full
10/half

Select 100/half-duplex and OK your way out.
Do this on BOTH PC's

As this wireless connection is indicating 58% utilisation at 115kbs and so many packets have been sent in relation to the number received, I think you should test for packet loss.

A tool such as Shunra VE Desktop could help.
