follow this simple tutorial and u will know first of all make sure u have a text editor installed (Notepad or Wordpad can do) When u want to get the extension for large files (+100MB) i prefer u download HJsplit here: Code:
http://www.freebyte.com/download/hjsplit/hjsplitpro.zip now open the file (or part .001) with a text editor and look for the first letters now check the table below and u will know which extension the file orginal has *note the ~ token means this can be ANY letter or number.... Quote:
