I need a utiltiy to convert 3ds to .x format and I need 1 .x mesh of any terrain
- I need one mesh in .x format of terrain so I can import it into my 3d world so I can see the terrain. - Also I need a URL website that gives free .x meshes or free 3ds meshes. |

You can get .x meshes in the DirectX SDK sample folders. I just uninstalled the SDK ready for a cleanup so I can't tell you the exact location right now. Just do a windows search for "*.x". I also found this for you: Free 3D Models |
