Can "Call for Duty" be configured to work with a Logitech Freedom 2.4 Joystick?

I have the video game "Call of Duty-2" working on an XP-SP2 machine using its native mouse/keyboard control. I just bought a Logitech Freedom 2.4 joystick. I know that "profiles" can be assembled by hand to make this joystick work this game's controls but it is a big pain to to write them. I also know that there are user-written programs that will serve these "Profiles" function without me having to do all the work. Where can I dl these shortcuts?

All the Logitec sticks use Wingman for their profiling. Although there is a mouse profile already available I don't think there is one for CoD with a joystick.

All the Logitec sticks use Wingman for their profiling. Although there is a mouse profile already available I don't think there is one for CoD with a joystick.
