RTP Player implementation

Question: I need to write a player application that knows to get rtp packets which sent by another streamer application.
The streamer application read a wave file and send it as a packets, and my application should play this packets. I wrote some application use sockets and waveOut functions. I want to write it with directX objects, but I don't know which.

RPH: Recieve or Render Packet Hanlder

Search the web for
RTP Intel SPH RPH and/or DirectShow Filters
There were a few docs out there when I messed with this stuff about a year ago.
