Default FTP issue with Cisco PIX

I have a Cisco PIX 506 and I cannot get FTP to work. I have added fixup protocols for FTP but to no avail. The only way that it will work is by using a app like Filezilla and selecting passive mode. We have a few applications that have FTP built in and these do not work. Here is the config of the PIX:
