Default VNC through a linksys RVS4000 router using VPN

I have a problem that someone might be able to shed some light on. I set up a VPN passthough that my vpn client software can connect to successfully. At one point I was even able to get onto one of the computers I had previously setup UltraVNC on. Now the next day the router was rebooted and obtained a new dynamic ip address. I reconnected to the new address via VPN client, but now I can't establish a connection to a host on the remote network using UltraVNC again like I did the previous day.
The VNC service is running on more that one remote pc and I cannot connect to either. So, what am I missing?

Also, I have a user that cannot even establish a VPN connection to the very same router that I can. He cannot even connect to the remote interface, the https://208.68.19.63:8080, and I can. Is here any reason why I am able to connect and he cannot? We are in the same county, and have the same ISP, and I have disabled his windows firewall. He should be able to talk to the device fine...any ideas?

To monitor VNC, watch tcp port 5900

To monitor IPSEC, watch ip protocol 50 (not port 50!), and udp port 500

It sounds like you also might want to watch port 8080.

BTW, you're not going to to see much if you're not running wireshark on your edge device - running it on the windows machine you are testing from might help a little, but it likely needs to run on the box that handles your VPN connection.
