NetPumper and Cisco VPN client may contain virus

I was lookinig to download the Cisco VPN client, the only site that I found is this:

Does it save to accept their condition for downloading NetPumper:

Netpumper is save, it doesn't contains any virusses, the free version only has some ads inside the program AFAIK
