The Wii console is not able to connect to your Proxy server. (Proxy servers are typically found in areas that have many internet connections, such as office buildings, dormitories, etc.).

Contact your network administrator for information on connecting to the network's proxy server. A manual setup of the Wii console's internet settings may be necessary.
