I was watching TV tonight when during a commercial break I saw a Wii ad pop up on screen. After going into a state of excited shock I saw another on the same cahnnel within just 15 mins of the first! Advertising for the UK is go and in a big way!
The ads themselves are almost exactly the same as the "minimalist" Japanese ads featuring only a hand and Wiimote, but in English. My guess is that as it gets closer to launch or once the Wii has finally launched, there will be some more game-centric ads.
