If anyone wants to change the IPSec Settings in the Windows Firewall on your Windows 7 system, then follow the below steps: 1) Click on Start Orb and type “Windows Firewall with Advanced Security” (without quotes) in the Search box and hit Enter. If UAC prompts, then click on YES button. 2) In Windows Firewall with Advanced Security page, click on Windows Firewall Properties link in the centre page. 3) Then, click on IPSec Settings tab and click on Customize button. 4) Here, you can change Key Exchange, Data Protection, and Authentication Method. In Key Exchange, if you select Advanced, then click on Customize button. In the Advanced Customize window, you can add Security Methods by click on Add button, you can set the Key Lifetime, and you can set the Key Exchange options. 5) After completing, click on OK and again click on OK. Then, click on Apply and then OK. If you have chosen Advanced option for Data Protection and Authentication Method, click on Customize button and do the changes whatever you need. |
