I was wondering if you could help me with Meida Center. I have Media Center 2005 with the rollup and have just installed my TV tuner (Hauppauge HVR-1100). It was working fine on its initial install, however I rebooted my PC and now my tv tuner has malfunctioned according to Media Center.

I installed the latest drivers for my card and my graphics card and now it says my tuner isn't installed and everytime I try to run Media Center I am getting an error box for the "Media Center Receiver Service".

I have been testing Vista and it works fine on there and it DID work fine on this version of Media Center until something went wrong

Can someone help me? I have no idea what to try. I have reinstalled my old tv card drivers and reinstalled the new ones (following Hauppauge's instructions to the letter) but still no Joy....I am running out of things to try.

Any advice?
